Enrollment

 *Ask for from the university's Office of International Exchanges or download from the university's website the Application Form for Foreigner to Study at Guangxi Normal University. Applicants should submit the following documents:

* Completed Application Form mentioned above;

* Passport copy if available, and 8 passport photos;

*Those applying for the undergraduate program and Master's program have in addition to submit the following documents:

*The corresponding level of "HSK Certificate" as required above;

*The copies of qualification certificate and academic record;

*Letters of recommendation by 2 associate professors or professors if applying for the Master's program.

Time for Applying

One academic year is divided into two semesters – Spring Semester and Fall Semester, the

former spanning from March 1 through July 5 and the latter from September 1 through January 15

the next year. Applicant are requested to send to the Office of International Exchanges of Guangxi Normal University the relevant documents 2 months before the new semester starts.

Enrollment and Admission

To those who are approved, the Office of International Exchanges of Guangxi Normal

University will issue the "Admission Notice” and the “Visa Application Form for Foreign Student to Study in China" (JW202 Form). New students are required to attend school at the date as fixed. Those who are enrolled should have a passport,"Admission Notice","JW202 Form","Physical Examination Form for Foreigner",and authentic "Blood Test Report"; and those who are to study longer than 6 months should obtain an "X Visa" or "F Visa" in addition. They should come to the International Students Office of Guangxi Normal University for registration at the required date with all the documents mentioned above. Those who enter China with an “X Visa” should acquire a "Residence Permit" from the local immigration office of the police department within 30 days. Fine shall be imposed for overdue formalities.
